Verona Ultima Collection Ranges The Verona family of professional style cooking ranges offers the quality of traditional Italian artistry combined with the latest in cooking technology innovations. Features such as sealed gas burners, European convection and flame failure safety devices combine for the ultimate in cooking performance.

The Ultima 36-inch dual fuel range has 5 SABAF brass burners with a total of 57,000 BTU’s of power. The continuous cast iron grates sit over an intelligently designed cooktop for maximized space. A wok ring is included and optional accessories such as a stainless steel griddle and simmer plate are available to take cooktop preparation to the next level.

The 5.0 cubic foot oven features a multi-functional oven with bake, defrost, convection bake and high-power broil settings for an oven that outperforms the competition.

Verona’s Ultima gas range is packed with upgraded features and accessories including: air fry tray for healthier cooking, two glide rack supports, a soft-close door, full-width storage drawer, broiler pan assembly, temperature indicator gauge and so much more.
