Delivery & Installation Services

Town Appliance proudly offers nationwide delivery on most appliances. We offer free standard delivery on all orders over $999. Additionally, we offer a no-minimum free delivery option in certain areas. To see if you qualify for this option simply enter your zip code at the product page or during the checkout process, if you are not eligible for free delivery we charge a $99 flat rate delivery charge. A standard delivery is a delivery of a freestanding appliance to the room of your choice on the ground floor. Kindly, note that certain brands are excluded from delivery due to manufacturer restrictions. Additionally, we can offer you various options on basic hookups, removing packaging materials and the removal of freestanding appliances in certain areas. To check if additional services are available in your area simply enter your zip code at the product page. Installation of freestanding appliances will be only performed to existing powers sources, fuel lines or water lines. Please note that installation prices exclude parts needed for installation.

 Some Exclusions:

Town Appliance only ships to the continental United States. We do not ship directly to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or internationally. To support a delivery in those regions we can ship to a freight forwarder. Additionally, we do not ship to APO's or PO Boxes. Finally, Town appliance will not be responsible for products exported out of the continental United States in such case all warranties will be void.

Please note that regular installation service is for the ground floor of private homes only and excludes apartment buildings.
