Price Match Guarantee

With price-matching, we guarantee Townappliance.com will match any written price of an Authorized Dealer for a product if the dealer has the item in stock.

Simply, send us a written quote or advertisement to qualify. The qualified price quote must show total after taxes and shipping. Please note that unauthorized dealer prices don’t qualify for Price Match Guarantee.

Criteria for Price Match Guarantee:

1. The Product must be the exact same product that we are offering. The SKU and the brand name must match our advertisement exactly to be considered.
2. The Product must be in stock at the competitor and available for immediate delivery.
3. The Product is listed as In Stock on our website.
4. We are able to confirm the validity of the competitor's offer. Some online companies are not authorized dealers of some or all of the brands that they carry, which means that these companies are not qualified to sell the product online and the products that are offered are not backed by the manufacturer.
5. Advertisement for competitor's price must include all applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees.

How To Claim Your Price Match Guarantee:

1. The Brand and the SKU of the product of the item you are claiming a Price Match on, as well as the price of the competitor.
2. A print copy of the advertisement for the item or the URL of the website where the item can be found at a lower price(Please note that Price Comparison websites are NOT valid for proof from Price Match. Item must be advertised on the Authorized Dealer's own page or ad). Price Match is at the Point of Sale only. Prices will not be adjusted after the order is completed.

Exclusions:

1. Town Appliance will not match any prices from an Unauthorized Dealer of the product.
2. Town Appliance.com will not match any free offers or rebates.
3. Blow-outs, Close-outs, Clearance Items, and discontinued items are not valid for Price Match. Item must be currently in production from the Manufacturer to qualify.
4. Price Match is only valid for Brand New Products with Manufacturer's packaging and a Full Manufacturer Warranty. Open-Box, Used, Display, Scratch-n-Dent, Returned or Damaged Items are NOT available for Price Match.
5. Services, Extended Service Plans, Parts, and Accessories are excluded from Price Match Guarantee.
6. Price match cannot be combined with other coupons and discounts offered by Townappliance.com.
7. Town Appliance does not offer Price Protection once an order has been shipped.
8. Town Appliance reserves the right to decline the price match of any offer.
